ORLANDO, Fla.----VoIP, Inc. announced today that it has appointed Arthur L. McCabe and Kevin Behanna as Co-Chief Technology Officers. Since November, 2003, Mr. McCabe has been Director of Engineering/Software Development at VoIP, where he was in charge of a team of engineers and programmers responsible for software development and maintenance of the Company's database servers.
